1. Community Code of Conduct

FOXXCON thrives on respect, inclusivity, and collaboration. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat all members respectfully, both online and offline.
• Avoid harassment, offensive content, or disruptive behavior.
• Use FOXXCON’s knowledge-sharing platforms for learning, not exploitation.
• Acknowledge that hacking skills learned at FOXXCON are for ethical purposes only. Failure to comply may result in removal from the community and ban from future events.

2. Event Participation

Registrations must include accurate details. FOXXCON reserves the right to verify identities.

Some events (like CTFs) may involve prizes or recognition, subject to eligibility rules.

FOXXCON may modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Active Member Rewards

FOXXCON values its community. One lucky active member may be recognized at each meetup.

Engagement through polls, discussions, and event participation improves eligibility.

Rewards are discretionary and non-transferable.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid events (bootcamps/workshops) are subject to ticketing terms.

Refund requests (if permitted) must follow the policy provided during registration.

FOXXCON is not liable for third-party payment gateway failures.

5. Intellectual Property

FOXXCON logos, graphics, website content, and event materials are our intellectual property.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Attendees may be featured in event photos/videos used by FOXXCON for promotional purposes.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

FOXXCON is an educational initiative. We do not encourage or permit malicious hacking activities.

Workshops, CTFs, and challenges are for controlled environments only.

FOXXCON is not liable for damages, misuse of knowledge, or third-party issues.

7. Third-Party Services

Our site may link to third-party platforms (ticketing, payments, training). FOXXCON is not responsible for their policies or practices.

8. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FOXXCON platforms for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra India. Disputes will be settled in courts of this jurisdiction.
